I am Dr. Mary Wiggins, DC, a California board certified Chiropractor in private practice. As a full-spine chiropractor, I adjust areas of the spine that contribute to poor posture, as well as extremities that include the shoulders, hands, knees, and feet. I also specialize in Upper Cervical Care, meaning I pay extra attention to the upper neck bones and adjust these bone-to-bone connections with a percussive instrument that emits sound wave vibrations. This is a highly specific, specialized training technique, called Atlas Orthogonal, that benefit a countless number of patients as the brain to spinal cord connection is optimized.
I have expanded my treatment methods to include the Activator Technique, SOT (Sacral Occipital Technique), Drop Table, and Spinal Distraction/Decompression. I continue to still provide the same intimate, personal, and excellent service when combining these techniques to maximize my patients' health.
In addition to the techniques listed above, I have become certified with the American Posture Institute as a Posture Expert practitioner. The in-office posture program is a 12 week long transformation process that will help further your journey to health and wellness through various different techniques and methods, in and out of the office. Some of these include exercises with/without weights/resistance bands, respiration therapy, and vibration therapy to name a few.
