WHAT CONDITIONS BENEFIT FROM THIS TYPE OF CARE?

It must be made clear that chiropractors DO NOT HEAL anything. The body has the ability to self-heal and does this best when it is at its most optimal level.


Chiropractors affect the nervous system by adjusting misalignments that cause inflammation and pain. This explains the reason as to why so many patients with varying conditions such as pain, headaches, disk injuries, sleep disturbances, constipation, fatigue, and much more, are able to share their positive results, and continue to make chiropractic care a priority in their lives.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

We ask all new patients to be prepared to spend 40 minutes at their first office visit. When the emailed initial paperwork is done from home, prior to the appointment, this will help expedite the visit time. At this visit, a thorough exam will be completed to help identify and correct the problem.


Your first upper cervical sound wave adjustment is made at the second office visit, as time is required to analyze the x-rays taken from the previous day(s). The second office visit lasts 30 minutes while subsequent visits take less time, still providing the highest quality of care.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

Dr. Mary Wiggins D.C. is a provider for traditional Medicare that has not been signed over to an HMO like Kaiser or UHC. Both chiropractors accept HSA/FSA cards as methods of payments for your treatments.

Patients with Out-of-Network Chiropractic Benefits pay out-of-pocket and request a "Superbill" printout to personally submit to their insurance company. Reimbursement is made directly to them.
